Supervisory board observes the activity of the Fund, use of resources and maintaining the legislation. Supervisory board members perform their duties with no profit, their activity is based on their free will.

Management Board

The management Board of the Fund is the highest supervision organ and commits general regulation of Fund’s activities. The main objective of the Management is maintaining the goals of the Fund. The members of the Management are elected for the period of three years and perform their duties on the free will basis. The regulation of Management’s activities is performed by the Chairman. The Chairman is being elected among the members of the Management via majority of votes for the period of 1 year.

Board of Directors

Regulating of Fund’s current affairs is performed by the Director of the Fund, who is being elected initially by the Institutor of the Fund and further on by the Management of the Fund for the period of three years.
