Born 26th of September 1996 in Moscow. She graduated the physical faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1992.

Since 1998 she works telecommunications industry, including 10 years in Golden Telecom, a telecommunication corporation, which later became a part of Beeline. Among the major achievements: construction and development of the All-Russia network of distribution of mass Internet services, the implementation of integrated projects aimed at increasing sales and business development.

Since February 2010 she became the first deputy director of Coordination Center for TLD RU/РФ, she actively participated the project of launch of the Cyrillic gTLD .РФ.

A rare specialist, she has successful experience of the new gTLD initiatives forming and managing, from the stage of planning to a stage of technical support of delegated domains.
