IDN Registration Policy
The supported script is Cyrillic with no variants allowed.
Rules to form a point-separated ACE labels are:
(i) All the characters in this field are ACSII characters;
(ii) Upper level domain name has ACE label ʺXN–D1ACJ3Bʺ (ДЕТИ);
(iii) ACE label of the second level domain includes not more than 63 characters;
(iv) Second level domain name ACE label has ACE prefix ʺXN–ʺ;
(v) Converted into UNICODE ACE label without ACE prefix:
– It is more than 2character long;
– It includes only characters from the IDN Table of TLD .XN–D1ACJ3B (.ДЕТИ);
– It is not included into the list of reserved names;
– It does not begin and does not end with a symbol U+002D #HYPEN-MINUS.
All the letter characters of A-labеl and U-label are replaced with the lower case
letters by the SRS-system before performance of checks.
Every A-label begins with the IDNA ACE prefix, ʺxn--ʺ, followed by a string which
is a valid output of the Punycode algorithm [RFC 3492] and hence a maximum length
is 59 ASCII characters in. A ʺU-labelʺ is an IDNA-valid string of Unicode characters,
in Normalization Form C (NFC) and includes at least one non-ASCII character expressed
in a standard Unicode Encoding Form (such as UTF-8).
Registration of a domain name in TLD .XN–D1ACJ3B (.ДЕТИ) takes place only in case of
observance with all the aforementioned conditions, otherwise, the operation would be
erroneous and the domain name would not be registered.
