 Born in July 28th 1981 in Moscow family of musicians and music teachers. Spent his childhood in Pskov where obtained classic primary education. Left for St.-Petersburg in order to receive higher education where studied for 1 year at the faculty of show-business management in Saint-Petersburg University 
of Humanities and Social Sciences. His rising interest towards Gnosticism philosophy transferred him to the Institute of Theology and Philosophy – a secular educational institution, which he graduated from with distinction in year 2003.

While being a last year student in the Institute, Ilya accepted a proposal to work at the Chair of Philosophy of the State University of Telecommunications. For next five years professed religious studies and philosophy there combining that with lecturing a course of Protestantism and Reformation in the Institute of Theology and Philosophy, alongside with scientific research.

Since year 2007 has lived in Moscow. Lectured in school № 686 “Class-Center”, worked as a journalist. From Jul 2008 till Feb 2012 managed the current affairs department of “Russia.ru” channel.

One of the initiators of establishing “Smart Internet Foundation” and the new gTLD “.ДЕТИ”.
