The Report of the Foundation for Support of Network Initiatives “Smart Internet” for 2023 has been published in the “Documents” section. The document contains several sections that cover different areas of the Foundation activities.
So, the central section of the Report tells about the flagship project – the top-level domain .ДЕТИ (.DETI, which means “children”). The Foundation performs the functions of its administrator, which includes not only maintenance, but also the implementation of various activities aimed at increasing recognition and trust in the relevant social, political and commercial environments.
At the end of 2023, 831 domain names were registered in .ДЕТИ. In addition to the above most of them (93.4%) are delegated ‒ in other words, used for various purposes – website addressing, redirecting, “parking” pages and email.
The Report also notes that the Foundation continues to regularly monitor resources with addresses in .ДЕТИ to detect unwanted activity (phishing, malicious code, spam) and prohibited content. Especially for Internet users Foundation maintains a Catalog of the best websites in .ДЕТИ which in 2023 was replenished with a dozen new web projects, 3 of which were included in the “gold reserve” of .ДЕТИ:
- домашка.дети (homework dot children)
Digital homework help platform for students and parents
- смена.дети (change dot children)
All-Russian Children’s Center “Smena” in Anapa, which implements 80 educational programs – original ones created by the Center’s teachers, and partnerships implemented jointly with federal and regional departments, the largest companies, organizations and social movements of the country
- я-могу.дети (I can dot children)

The Report also contains information on the sources of funding and social and educational activities of the organization, aimed at promoting the concept of “children’s” Internet as a space of trust, consolidating high-quality and attractive, entertaining and educational Internet content, and making the stay of children and youths in the Internet comfortable and safe.
